11月8日，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（itc）投票決定對(duì)特定電子設(shè)備、半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備及其組件啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-ta-1340）。美國(guó)acer america corporation of san jose, ca、中國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)acer inc. of new taipei city, taiwan、美國(guó)advanced micro devices inc. of santa clara, ca、德國(guó)infineon technologies ag of neubiberg, germany、美國(guó)infineon technologies america corp. of milpitas, ca、美國(guó)micron technology inc. of boise, id、美國(guó)motorola mobility llc of chicago, il、美國(guó)nvidia corporation of santa clara, ca、荷蘭nxp b.v. of eindhoven, netherlands、荷蘭nxp semiconductors n.v. of eindhoven, netherlands、美國(guó)nxp usa inc. of austin, tx、美國(guó)smc networks inc. d/b/a/ ignitenet of irvine, ca、美國(guó)western digital technologies inc. of san jose, ca為列名被告。美國(guó)itc將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國(guó)itc在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
