美國itc對涉華軟彈發(fā)射裝置及其部件、彈藥和下游產品發(fā)布337部分終裁
11月16日，美國國際貿易委員會（itc）發(fā)布公告稱，對特定軟彈發(fā)射裝置及其部件、彈藥和下游產品（certain soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same，調查編碼：337-ta-1325）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2022年10月24日作出的初裁（no.10）不予復審，即基于申請方撤回，終止對美國注冊專利號8,371,282的第1、2、4、5、7、9-12、18項權利要求和對美國注冊專利號8,640,683第13、15項權利要求的調查。
