摘要：高加速應(yīng)力篩選試驗(yàn)（hass）技術(shù)是近年來(lái)不斷發(fā)展起來(lái)的可靠性新技術(shù)，其工作原理、試驗(yàn)?zāi)康?、?yīng)力要求等與傳統(tǒng)的可靠性試驗(yàn)有所不同，是考核與提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與可靠性的強(qiáng)有力的工具。本文就hass試驗(yàn)技術(shù)基本原理和環(huán)境應(yīng)力與誘發(fā)的故障模式之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析，重點(diǎn)闡述了hass試驗(yàn)技術(shù)的核心之一—篩選剖面圖的驗(yàn)證技術(shù)，并對(duì)hass剖面驗(yàn)證技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、所需資源和其它的相關(guān)內(nèi)容作了說(shuō)明。
