在跨境電商 b2b 業(yè)務(wù)中,運(yùn)輸條款通常會出現(xiàn)在報價單中,對于常規(guī)產(chǎn)品,若客戶對運(yùn)輸條款沒有異議,則沿襲相應(yīng)條款到合同中即可。但是對于情況比較特殊的產(chǎn)品,業(yè)務(wù)員可以提前提出運(yùn)輸方案??蛻粲袝r也會主動提出運(yùn)輸要求,業(yè)務(wù)員需要和客戶磋商運(yùn)輸條款以確定最終運(yùn)輸方案,超出原有報價的運(yùn)輸費用,應(yīng)要求由客戶承擔(dān)。闡述運(yùn)輸問題的郵件一般圍繞著以下三個部分撰寫。
(1)開頭,提及買賣雙方前期的溝通和產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸事宜
